		<description>I really enjoyed reading this article.  I appreciate that you are able to share your experiences to help others.   I am also struggling to keep balance in my life.  I exercise regularly, but my diet is not good.  I also constantly worry about my mother and my friends as they deal with cancer.  I also need to read my Bible and spend time with God more than I do.   As you stated in the article, there is no sense of worrying about things that we cannot change. Worrying will not change the situation; it will only hurt me and not help me.  All I can do is pray about them and focus on the things I can change which are my diet and my relationship with Christ.  I know that God is keeping and protecting me and my family, and I am truly blessed.</description>
