Black Bean Hummus
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 3 (15 ounce) cans organic black beans
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 5 tbsp. sesame tahini
- 2 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika

- Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until
smooth. - Serve with vegetables, as shown in photo.
