Hi Barry,

You brought up a very important and not often talked about point - Healthy Mindset.

What stuck out most for me today was point #2 - Don't compare yourself to others. Most of us do this sometimes, some of us do it all the time.

I was just talking with a business associate this morning and he did just that. He was pointing out how he's not at the level of success he wants to be at and how another associate is. You just can't compare yourself to others (I told him) because your focus is taken away from what you want and putting it on what you don't have. Also, think more about how far you've come instead of how far you have to go.

It's who we become along the journey that makes it so special. Focusing internally, on ourselves, make us into the person we need to be in order to have what we want.

Great post Barry!
