At Transformation we strive to serve you with the best and latest fitness classes- from Boot Camps, Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebells to Zumba. How many times have you been lost in the crowd of a big class with little to no personal attention from the instructor? Unlike many of the large gyms, we strive to offer smaller classes with no more than 12 participants so that you are given the personal attention and quality that you deserve.

PT3 Functional Training
Our most well-rounded class, PT3 Functional Training incorporates strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, and power movements that build athleticism, overall fitness and health. PT3 Functional Training combines a wide range of exercises ranging from free-weights, to plyometrics, to kettlebell training, to running, and more!
10-Week PT3 Bootcamp
If you think the participants on the Biggest Loser get great results, you should try the PT3 Bootcamp! Using the same blend of functional training that we use in our PT3 Functional Training Class, this 10-Week class will help you take your fitness and conditioning to the next level. We will guide you through 4 levels of progression to keep your body guessing and breaking plateaus.
Class held Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Bedford
Class held Wed. & Fri. from 6:30 – 7:30 a.m. at Bedford
Class held Saturdays from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. at Bedford
Kettlebells
Kettlebell 101 - Kettlebells help increase lean muscle mass in ways that bodybuilding and body sculpting can never touch. They also will help you burn more calories in a shorter time than any aerobic machine! Kettlebell training provides simultaneous strength, power, flexiblity, endurance and cardio in one session! Kettlebell 101 will teach you as the name implies, the basics of kettlebell techniques and training. Kettlebell 101 is also a prerequisite to taking the Kettlebell Boot Camp classes.
Class held Mondays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at Bedford
Kettlebell Boot Camp - (Kettlebell 101 is a prerequisite) Kettlebell Boot Camp is a fusion training class that applies scientifically proven fitness principles to age-old training techniques. In Kettlebell Boot Camp you will achieve maximum performance in minimum time by incorporating power/strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning into one intense regime. We will cycle through a progressive series of movements designed to train the body as a synergistic system, not as a set of independent muscle groups. Our dynamic programming allows individuals of different skill and fitness levels to participate in the same class, however each will be pushed to his or her own safe personal limits.
Zumba
Dance your cares away in this fun class that’s more like a dance party than workout! We’ll move and grove to many types of music such as Top 40, Hip-Hop, Oldies, Inspirational, and more! For a complete and total body workout we will conclude the class with strength and core exercises. Zumba is a Latin-based dance fitness class. It is more than just exercise. It’s about creating a place, where for one hour a day, you can go to sweat, dance, have fun, and be silly. It’s about forming a common bond where we don’t compete or judge. For that one hour, we’re all equal — we’re all beautiful — we’re all strong! Zumba changes lives! Join the party and you’ll never look back.

Yoga
Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing.
Class held Wednesdays from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Bedford
Class held Saturdays from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Bedford
