Barry Bragg

Barry Bragg
Barry brings nine years of experience as a professional fitness/nutrition coach and uses a unique combination of training, teaching, and mentoring to optimize the health, fitness and lives of men and women. Since opening Transformation, formerly Physique Transformation, in 2002, Barry has led the company to gain national recognition for its success stories in both weight loss and athletic performance. Transformation’s success stories have been featured in national magazines. Barry is a master teacher in the arts of weight loss, kettlebells, strength and conditioning. Being a former competitive athlete in football, baseball, soccer, wrestling, and various martial arts has given Barry a wide perspective and understanding of human performance. Combined with his athletic training and experiences, he has learned the methods of his training from various influences from around the country and the world. In training, Barry holds certifications with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC). Nutritionally, Barry is a certified Level II practitioner of the highly effectective QRA (Quantum Reflex Analysis) system. QRA allows him to quickly pinpoint problem areas and determine the precise nutrients and the exact amounts needed to rapidly restore the ideal cellular resonance for that area. A native of Rolesville, NC, Barry received his B.S. in Biological Sciences with a Concentration in Nutrition from North Carolina State University, and is currently finishing his Doctorate in Naturopathy. Barry believes that we can accomplish God’s plan for our lives more effectively if we have a healthier vessel (body) for Him to operate through. Barry has been a Community Chaplain for 3 years and looks forward to serving each person that he is blessed to work with. Barry Seneri

Barry Seneri
Barry brings nine years of experience in the health and fitness industry to the Transformation Team. He has excelled in the creation and implementation of effective wellness programs, while becoming one of the premiere fitness professionals in the country. His expertise is in performance training, weight loss, nutrition and kettlebell training. He has also played a key role in the writing of The Organic Transformation 2 STEP Program and in the production of Transformation’s PT3 System. Since receiving his B.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University, Barry has instructed professionals from varying arenas including: the NBA, the NFL, Motocross, track and field, and the modeling industry. He has also served as a youth ministry director and has instructed youth fitness workshops for The Boys and Girls Club in Wake Forest, NC. Barry has taught and directed the Health Transformation Program at Stony Hill Baptist Church to help people take care of their body God’s way. Rick Osborn

Rick Osborn
Rick Osborn is a Life and Wellness Coach who specializes in issues that are specifically pertinent to men and women in today's culture - particularly those dealing with Mid-Life or Mid-Life Crisis. Having worked with countless people over the years, he brings his experience, spiritual insight and counseling wisdom to the table with his simple and informal, yet effective and empathetic coaching style. Rick holds a liberal arts degree (B.A) from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and has a Masters of Divinity (M.Div.) from Wake Forest, North Carolina. Paralleled with his coaching and counseling education, Rick has a background in art, language, design, music, ministry and writing. Furthermore, he is a published writer and has contributed to books and programs on nutrition, weight loss and fitness. He is an accomplished singer and musician and spends much of his free time doing itinerate music ministry and speaking. The remainder of his time consists of blogging, recording projects, freelance marketing, exercise, graphic and web design projects. His mission, in his blogging, ebooks and coaching, is to reach out to the countless number of men and women who struggle with the tragic, destructive and somewhat pervasive issues that we currently face in today's society. Erin Balsis

Erin Balsis
Erin joined the Transformation team in 2008 with two years of experience as a personal trainer in the Raleigh area. Erin understands the value of hard work, persistence, dedication and goal setting. She enjoys working with individuals from all age groups, as well as with people of all fitness levels—beginners to competitive athletes. Erin incorporates a friendly, encouraging style into her training, and her workout programs are goal specific to meet the individual needs of her clients. Originally from New York, Erin was an All-American collegiate distance runner while earning a B.S. in biology/education at Roberts Wesleyan College. Erin is certified for personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and she holds a current CPR certification.
